SiCp/Al复合材料微孔钻削试验研究

摘要:对SiCp/Al复合材料进行直径为0.5mm的连续微孔钻削试验,研究了钻削力特性曲线以及在不同的主轴转速和进给速度下钻削力的变化规律;采用固定循环的啄钻加工方式对材料进行微孔钻削,通过设计正交试验探讨了不同主轴转速、进给速度和单步钻深对钻削力的影响,运用多元曲线拟合手段得出基于试验数据的钻削力数学表达式;评价了不同加工方式对钻削力大小、钻孔质量和刀具磨损方面的影响,为SiCp/Al复合材料的微孔钻削机理研究提供了参考。

Experimental Study on Microporous Drilling of SiCp/Al Composite

Abstract:The microporous drilling test with diameter of 0.5mm of SiCp/Al composites is carried out. The change law of drilling force and curve of drilling force characteristic is studied with different spindle speed and feed speed. A fixed cycle pecking drilling method is used to drill holes in the material. The influence of spindle speed,feed speed and single drilling depth on drilling force is discussed by orthogonal test. The mathematical expression of drilling force based on the test data is obtained by using the multivariate curve fitting method.The effects of different processing methods on the drilling force size,drilling quality and tool wear are evaluated to provide a reference for the study of microporous drilling mechanism of SiCp/Al composites.
