摘要：对风电渗碳淬火齿轮磨前滚刀的主要参数、工艺留磨量、沉切量、被加工齿轮渐开线长度等问题进行系统分析，规避了因滚刀参数选择不当带来的齿根圆角过小、渐开线长度不足、齿根出台等诸多弊病，通过选择及验算最终确定了合理的刀具参数。

Design of Tooth Profile of Pregrinding Hob Used to
Carburized and Quenched Gear for Wind Turbine

Abstract:Through systematically analyzing the main parameters of pregrinding hobs，grinding surplus，amount of undercut and involute length of carburized and quenched gears for wind turbine can avoid many defects caused by choosing parameters of hob improperly，such as smaller root fillet，insufficient involute length，grinding notch and so on.The reasonable parameters of hob are finally determined by selections and calculations.
