焊后保温温度及保温时间对硬质合金焊接性能的影响

摘要:本文研究了焊后保温温度和保温时间对YL10.2硬质合金焊接质量的影响。在研究过程中进行全面焊接试验,并以扭矩强度为目标进行扭矩测试,优选出最佳参数。结果表明,保温时间4h、保温温度300℃时,产品的扭矩强度最大。用参数优化后的焊接钻头与相同规格型号的整体钻头进行切削实验对比表明:焊接处强度足够,使用性能满足要求,相对于整体钻头,因其刚性稍差,同等条件下,加工孔精度稍差,钻尖磨损较大,但成本优势明显。

Effect of Heat Preservation Temperature and Holding Time on
Welding Quality of Cemented Carbide after Weld

Abstract:In order to study the effect of the heat preservation temperature and hold the time on welding quality of YL10.2 after weld,an allsided weld test and did torque testing aimed at torque strength and optimized the best paraments are done.It turned out that when the holding time is 4 hours and the heat preservation temperature is 300℃,torque strength gets max.At last,using the tipped drill which has optimized parameters to do the cutting experiment and comparing with the samespecification and model diamond unitary drills.The results show that compared with diamond unitary drills,the tipped drill can satisfy use requirements,but owing to its a bit poor rigidity.In the same condition,processing accuracy is slightly less accurate and the drill point has a large wear,while the advantages of cost are obvious.
