PCD刀具钻削CFRP轴向力的试验与仿真研究

摘要:PCD刀具广泛应用于碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)的钻削,其轴向力的变化影响制孔的质量。本文利用试验与有限元技术相结合的方法,对PCD刀具钻削CFRP的轴向力进行研究。通过试验得到主轴转速为6000r/min、进给速度为150mm/min切削参数下轴向力的值最小为126.4N;基于DEFORM-3D建立材料的本构模型,得到在PCD刀具即将钻出CFRP板时所产生的轴向力与扭矩的值最大,并通过试验数据验证了有限元模型的正确性;应用二元二次非线性回归公式,得到轴向力的回归方程。

Study of Experimental and Simulation of Axial Force of PCD Tool in Drilling CFRP

Abstract:PCD tools are being widely used in the drilling of CFRP and the change of axial force affects the quality of the holes.In this paper,the axial force of the PCD cutter drilling CFRP is studied by the combination of the experiment and the finite element method.The minimum value of the axial force under the cutting parameters of the spindle speed of 6000r/min and the feed speed of 150mm/min is 126.4N.The constitutive model of material is established based on Deform-3D.The maximum value of axial force and torque is obtained when the PCD tool is about to drill out of the CFRP plate.The correctness of the finite element model is verified by the experimental data.The regression equation of axial force is obtained by using two variables and two times nonlinear regression formulas.
