基于正交试验的枞树型轮槽加工切削参数优化

摘要:基于正交试验和数值模拟分析研究枞树型轮槽半精加工过程中切削参数对刀具磨损以及切削性能的影响,提高轮槽表面质量。设计4因素3水平正交实验,采用库伦摩擦模型和Usui磨损模型建立切削加工仿真模型,对不同切削参数下的轮槽半精加工进行仿真。结果采用极差方差相结合的方式进行分析,分析结果与实际切削结果一致。研究表明:半精加工过程中各因素对刀具磨损及切削性能的影响程度不同,切削深度>进给速度>摩擦因子>旋转速度;轮槽半精加工最优组合为旋转速度为110r/min,进给速度为11mm/min,切削深度为0.8mm,摩擦因子为0.6。

Optimize on Cutting Parameters of Firslot Grooves Based on Orthogonal Test

Abstract:Based on the orthogonal test and numerical simulation analysis,the influence of cutting parameters on tool wear and cutting performance during the semifinishing machining of firslot wheel groove are studied,and the surface quality of the wheel groove is improved.The 4 factors and 3 horizontal orthogonal text are designed.Coulomb friction model and Usui wear model are used to establish the simulation model of cutting machining.The analysis results are consistent with the actual cutting results.The results show that the influence of various factors on tool wear and cutting performance is different in the semifinished machining process:cutting depth>feed speed>friction factor>rotation speed.The optimum combination of semifinishing is rotation speed 110r/min,feed speed 11mm/min,cutting depth 0.8 mm and friction factor 0.6 mm.
