微织构金刚石涂层刀具铣削碳/碳复合材料表面质量研究

摘要:通过未涂层刀具、涂层刀具和微织构涂层刀具对碳/碳复合材料进行铣削加工,对比分析加工后材料表面和横截面的表面质量,得出微织构涂层刀具的加工表面质量优于涂层刀具,涂层刀具的加工表面质量优于未涂层刀具。

Study on Surface Quality of Carbon/Carbon Composite Milled with 
Microtextured Diamondcoated Tool

Abstract:The milling experiment of carbon/carbon composites with uncoated,coated and microtextured coated inserts is carried out,and the machined surface and crosssection qualities are compared and analyzed.It is concluded that the machined surface quality with the microtextured coated tool is better than that of the coated tool which is better than that of the uncoated tool.
