微织构金刚石涂层刀具铣削碳/碳复合材料表面质量研究

摘要:通过未涂层刀具、涂层刀具和微织构涂层刀具对碳/碳复合材料进行铣削加工,对比分析加工后材料表面和横截面的表面质量,得出微织构涂层刀具的加工表面质量优于涂层刀具,涂层刀具的加工表面质量优于未涂层刀具。

Study on Surface Quality of Carbon/Carbon Composite Milled with
Microtextured Diamondcoated Tool

Abstract:The milling experiment of carbon/carbon composites with uncoated,coated and microtextured coated inserts is carried out,and the machined surface and crosssection qualities are compared and analyzed.It is concluded that the machined surface quality with the microtextured coated tool is better than that of the coated tool which is better than that of the uncoated tool.
