数控机床定位精度检测及评定方法对比

摘要:系统研究了数控机床定位精度与重复定位精度,介绍了国内外常用的数控机床定位精度评定标准,并对常用的四种评定标准进行了对比分析。基于雷尼绍激光干涉仪测量了MVC400数控加工中心X坐标轴的定位精度,将获得的测量数据利用不同评定标准进行分析,得到了误差曲线图、定位精度和重复定位精度值。

Comparison of Method for Detecting and Evaluating Positioning
Accuracy of NC Machine Tool

Abstract:The positioning accuracy and repeatability of NC machine tools are systematically studied.It introduces the standard of accuracy evaluation of CNC machine tools at home and abroad,and makes a comparative analysis of four commonly used evaluation standards.The positioning accuracy of X coordinate axis of MVC400 NC machining center is measured with Renishaw laser interferometer,and the measured data are analyzed by different evaluation standards to get the error curves,values of positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.
