滚筒圆度检测系统设计和不确定度及精度分析

摘要:利用现代精度设计理念设计滚筒圆度在线检测系统,选用高精度部件组成系统,解决滚筒圆度误差主要以人工测量为主的问题。通过对现代精度设计理论和不确定度的评定,对滚筒圆度在线检测系统原理性的设计提供了理论基础,对各个不确定度分量的计算进行公式推导,依据部件精度指标进行的精度设计结果满足滚筒圆度在线检测系统的要求。

Uncertainty Analysis and Precision Design of Cylinder Roundness Detection System

Abstract:By using advanced accuracy design concept,the online measuring system of cylinder roundness structure which is setup by choosing high degree of accuracy components is designed.To solve the problem of cylinder roundness error mainly based on artificial measurement,the high level′s analysis of total error source of he online measuring system for cylinder roundness is processed by studying the modern accuracy ensuring theory and technique.The uncertainty calculating formula is deduced,according to the given accuracy target the reasonable error distributing and design are done.The precision design results meet the requirements of the cylinder roundness online detection system.
