车铣复合加工方法在铝镁合金机匣中的应用

摘要:针对航空发动机铝镁合金机匣类零件形状结构复杂、加工余量大、切削温度不宜过高和加工工艺性差等特点,采用车铣复合加工方法解决此机匣类复杂零件的加工难题。基于车铣复合加工方法的特点及优势设计了该零件的加工工艺,并通过Siemens NX软件中同步建模、数控程序编制与仿真加工等模块降低了三维模型修改以及数控加工编程的难度,有效解决了航空发动机铝镁合金机匣类零件加工质量与效率问题。

Application of Turningmilling Complex Machining Technology 
in Aluminummagnesium Alloy Casing

Abstract:In view of the complex shape and structure,large machining margin,low desirable cutting temperature and poor machine ability of aero engine aluminummagnesium alloy casing parts,the turningmilling complex machining technology are used to solve the casing parts problems.Based on the characteristics and advantages of the machining technology,a technological process of machining the parts is designed.Through the synchronous modeling,CAM and machining simulation modules of Siemens NX software,the 3D model modification and NC programming are made less difficult,and the problem of processing quality and efficiency are effectively solved.
