高速重载列车车轮加工刀具材料的研发

摘要:采用扫描电镜、光学金相显微镜、洛氏硬度计、钴磁检测仪、矫顽磁力检测仪和抗弯强度检测仪等方法,对比研究了3种国外进口轮毂刀的基体和涂层,并根据分析结果自主研发出了针对车轮加工的材质Z263和涂层19H。研究结果表明:三种国外进口轮毂刀的基体都属于低钴合金,并含有Ta和Nb,硬度HRA均大于91.5;基体是表面富钴的梯度合金,涂层均为CVD多层复合涂层。采用自主开发的低钴细晶合金Z263搭配19H涂层生产的32轮毂刀,现场试用寿命达到国外进口刀片水平。

Research on Cutting Tool Material for High Speed and Heavy Load Train Wheel

Abstract:By using scanning electron microscopy,optical metallograph microscope,rockwell hardness tester,cobalt magnetic detector,coercive force detector,bending strength tester and so on,the comparative study of the coating and substrate for three kinds of imported hub cutter are carried out.According to the analysis results,the material Z263 and 19H coating for hub processing are developed.The results show that the substrate material of three kinds of imported hub cutter are belong to low Co alloy with the matrix material contains Ta and Nb,the hardness of HRA are greater than 91.5,while the matrix material is Corich gradient alloy with the CVD multilayer composite coatings.By developing the low Co fine grained alloy Z263 with 19H coating,the diameter 32 hub cutter is produced and its working life is reached the level of imported hub cutter.
