薄壁件模态分析及铣削稳定性分析

摘要:薄壁件壁薄、刚性差,加工时易产生切削颤振,本文建立考虑刀具和工件刚度特性的薄壁件铣削动力学模型,根据不同刚度条件下系统的模态试验获取模型的系统动态性能参数。通过铣削加工试验进而获得模型的铣削力系数,并绘制出相关的切削稳定性极限图,设计切削试验模拟加工过程不同刚性条件,经试验验证,模型及极限图准确可靠。

Model Analysis and Milling Stability of Thinwalled Workpiece

Abstract:Thin walled parts with thin wall and poor rigidity,in processing are easy to produce cutting chatter.The dynamic model of milling thinwalled parts stiffness characteristics of the tool and the workpiece are consided in this paper.Through the modal test of different stiffness under the condition of the system,the system dynamic performance parameter acquisition model is set up.Through the milling test and milling force coefficient model,the cutting stability limit diagram of different stiffness conditions is draw.And through the different axial cutting depth test to verify the accuracy of cutting stability limit diagram drawn.
