基于消失点列的大幅面瓷砖几何形状测量方法

摘要:由于消失点或消失直线蕴含了一组平行直线或一组平行平面的方向信息,同一平面上的所有直线对应的消失点共线于该平面的消失直线。本文针对大幅面瓷砖几何形状的测量问题,从机器视觉新角度提出基于消失点列的测量方法,实现了瓷砖几何形状的非接触式测量。该方法无需专门设计光学成像系统,也无需校准或者3D重建,仅需单相机采集一幅瓷砖的图像即可对其几何形状进行测量,避免了使用多个相机采集图像导致不同步的问题,提高了测量精度。该方法相比于传统瓷砖尺寸测量方法操作步骤更简便,算法简单,有效解决了瓷砖被部分遮挡时无法测量的限制。

Geometric Measurement of Large Ceramic Tile Based on Vanishing Point

Abstract:Due to the vanishing point or disappear line,a set of parallel straight or a set of parallel plane in the direction of the information are contained.All the lines on the same plane are corresponding to the vanishing point of collinear to plane the disappearance of the straight line.So this article in view of the large ceramic tile geometry measurement problem,from the perspective of a new kind of machine vision is proposed based on the measurement of the column vanishing point method,the ceramic tile is realized the geometry of the noncontact measurement.This method does not need special design of optical imaging system,also need not calibrated or 3D reconstruction,it takes only a single camera to collect a picture of a ceramic tile image can measure the geometry,to avoid the use of multiple cameras to collect image leads to sync problem and improve the accuracy of measurement.The method compared with the traditional ceramic tile size measurement procedure is simple.
