硬质合金表面正弦微织构对其摩擦磨损性能的影响研究

摘要:为了探讨微织构对硬质合金表面摩擦磨损性能的影响,利用激光技术在硬质合金表面制备了一种正弦状沟槽型微织构,并在UMT-2摩擦磨损试验机上进行直线往复式摩擦磨损试验。试验分别在不同载荷、滑动速度和润滑条件下,对微织构化硬质合金表面的摩擦磨损性能进行评价。研究表明:硬质合金表面加工微织构并添加固体润滑脂能够有效降低硬质合金表面的摩擦系数;在同等条件下,正弦型微沟槽表面比传统直线型微沟槽表面具有更好的减磨性能;在高载荷和高滑动速度并添加润滑脂的条件下,正弦型微织构试样表面的减磨性能最好。

Effect of Sinetype Surface Macrotexture on Tribological Property of Carbide
Zhang Guiliang,Deng Jianxin,Ge Dongliang,Wang Wei,Zhang Xiang,Liu YayunAbstract:In order to study the effects of carbide surface microtextures on tribological properties,a pattern of sinetype microgroove texture on carbides by laser surface texturing technique is fabricated.The reciprocating sliding friction tests are carried out on UMT2 testing machine.With different loads,sliding speeds and lubricating conditions,the tribological properties are investigated.The results show that the surface microtextures with grease can effectively reduce the surface friction coefficient of carbides,and the surface with sinetype microtextures delivers more excellent antiwear performance than the surface with traditional linear groove textures.The surface with sinetype microtextures shows the best antiwear performace when a high load,a high sliding speed and the grease is applied.
