基于快速设计的注塑模数控加工工时估算

摘要：针对注塑模数控加工的工时计算不准确现状，提出了基于快速设计的工时计算方法，研究了工时计算所需的特征参数。完成了基于规则的数控加工特征的识别，提取了特征参数，实现了工时计算。通过实例验证，工时计算准确和高效。

Estimation Working Hour of NC Manufacturing in Injection Mold Based on DFM

Abstract:Aiming at the status quo of injection mold，NC machining working hours calculation is not accurate，working hours calculation model is established，studied the manhour calculating characteristic parameters as needed.Based on the result of the rapid design，completed the NC machining feature recognition，extract the feature parameters，realized the working hours calculation.Through the example，manhour calculating is proved to be accurate and efficient.
