二维超声椭圆振动变幅杆的设计

摘要:运用振动基本理论研究了二维简谐运动的合成规律并通过仿真验证了其正确性,并运用弹性波入射理论解释了开斜槽式阶梯型变幅杆实现纵—弯复合振动的机制;对开斜槽式阶梯型变幅杆进行了设计,分析了变幅杆结构参数与振动参数及放大倍数的关系;给出了设计实例,应用有限元法对变幅杆进行了模态分析、瞬时动力学分析和振动轨迹分析。研究结果表明,开斜槽阶梯型变幅杆能实现二维椭圆振动轨迹,对超声振动辅助精整加工的工具系统设计具有一定的指导意义。

Design of Ultrasonic Horn with Twodimensional Elliptical Vibration

Abstract:Based on the basic theory of vibration,the synthetic rule of the twodimensional simple harmonic motion and verifies its correctness by means of simulation are studied.In the reference of the theory of the incident elastic wave,it tries to explain the stepped horn with multiple diagonal slits realized the theory of longitudinalbending vibration.By focusing on designing the stepped horn with multiple diagonal slits,the relations in structure parameters,vibration parameters and the magnification factor are analyzed.The horn is designed according the method given in this paper and analyzed in modal,transient dynamics and vibration trajectory aspects by using the finite element method.As a result,the compound vibration stepped horn with multiple diagonal slits can realize twodimensional elliptical vibration,which provides a guiding significance on the design of the tool system in the process of ultrasonic vibration assisted finishing.
