基于灰色共生矩阵的齿轮磨损特征与性能的关系

摘要:为了研究齿轮工作表面摩擦磨损性能的影响机制,探讨了齿面的纹理特征与摩擦之间的关系。优化了灰度共生矩阵的构建参数,更有利于准确提取不同粗糙齿面的纹理特征。采用不同类型预测模型建立了齿面摩擦系数与纹理特征之间的数学模型,分析齿面纹理特征参数对摩擦系数的影响规律。研究表明:摩擦系数随着对比度的增大而增大,随相关性与逆差距的增大而减小;表面磨损程度影响了纹理特征的变化;齿面磨损会引发对比度的增大以及造成相关性与逆差距的减小。

Study on Relationship between Gear Wear Characteristics and Performance
Based on Gray Cooccurrence Matrix
Sun Jianqiao,Du Jiaxing,Zheng XianzhuAbstract:In order to study the mechanism of friction and wear properties of gear surface,the relationship between texture feature and tribological behavior of tooth surface is discussed.The construction parameters of the gray level cooccurrence matrix are optimized,and the texture features of different rough tooth surfaces are extracted more accurately.The mathematical model of tooth surface friction coefficient and texture feature is established by using different types of prediction models,and the influence of characteristic parameters of tooth surface texture on friction coefficient are analyzed.The results show that the friction coefficient increases with the increase of the contrast,but decreases with the increase of the correlation and the inverse.The degree of surface wear affects the change in texture features.Tooth surface wear will lead to increased contrast,and the resulting correlation and the inverse of the reduction.
