微铣削主轴摆角对表面质量和毛刺成形的影响

摘要:微铣削是以较低生产成本加工高质量微小零件和微观结构表面的有效方式,而相关的工作机理尚处于研究阶段。通过运动学仿真分析和试验研究相结合的方法,设计一组星形槽微铣削试验,研究微型铣床主轴摆角对槽底表面质量和毛刺成形的影响。研究发现:当主轴摆角在±1.5°范围内时,表面粗糙度值Ra<0.1μm,但易成形大毛刺且毛刺数量多;随着主轴摆角增大,槽底表面粗糙度值增大,但毛刺明显减少,且多为小毛刺。仿真结果与试验数据相符,但由于试验中存在刀具磨损和机床误差等因素,试验检测的粗糙度值高于仿真计算结果。

Abstract:Micro milling is an effective way to process high quality micro parts and micro structural surfaces at lower production costs,while the related work mechanism is still at the stage of research.Through the combination of kinematics simulation analysis and experimental research,a set of micro milling experiments with star grooves are designed to study the influence of spindle angle on the surface quality and burr forming of micro milling machine.The study shows that when the spindle swing angle is small enough,the surface roughness value Ra<0.1μm,but the easy forming of burr;as the spindle angle increases,the bottom surface roughness increases,but the burr is significantly reduced.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data,but because of the factors such as tool wear and machine tool error in the experiment,the roughness value of the test is higher than the simulation results.
