三维激光扫描仪的测距与水平角精度评定

摘要:以三维激光扫描仪Focus3D X130为研究对象,通过实验验证了距离和水平角检校方法的可行性。由精度检校实验得出Focus3D X130测距精度为5mm,测角精度0.0101°,与厂家提供的标称精度有一定误差。因此,在使用三维激光扫描仪之前进行测距和水平角精度的评定和校正将对后续扫描的精度产生一定影响。

Accuracy Assessment of Distance and Horizontal Angle
Measurement Based on Terrestrial Laser Scanner

Abstract:This paper takes the 3D laser scanner Focus3D X130 as the research object,and verifies the feasibility of the distance and horizontal angle calibration by experimental design.Through the experiment,the ranging accuracy of Focus3D X130 is found to be 5mm and measuring horizontal angle accuracy is 0.0101°,which are larger than the nominal accuracy provided by manufacturer.Before using the threedimensional laser scanner,the calibration of ranging and horizontal angle accuracy will have some effects on the followup scanning accuracy.
