光栅信号自适应调理系统设计

摘要:实际光栅干涉位移传感器输出正余弦信号由于光路、电路、环境误差的影响,存在非正交误差、不等幅误差和直流漂移误差,进而影响到位移传感器的计量精度。为了提高传感器的计量精度,本文设计了一种由微处理器、ADC、数字电位器及运算放大电路等构成的光栅信号自适应调理系统,采用硬件电路配合算法来实现光栅信号误差的实时调理。试验证明,该自适应调理系统对光栅信号误差具有较好的调理效果,能够显著改善信号质量,提高传感器的计量精度。

Design of Adaptive Modulation System for Grating Signal

The actual grating interference displacement sensor’s cosine signal due to optical path,circuit,environmental error,there are nonorthogonal error,unequal amplitude error and DC drift error,and thus affect the displacement sensor measurement accuracy.In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the sensor,this paper designs a kind of grating signal adaptive conditioning system composed of microprocessor,ADC,digital potentiometer and operation amplifying circuit,which uses hardware circuit with the algorithm to achieve the raster signal error realtime conditioning.Experiments show that the adaptive conditioning system has a good conditioning effect on the grating signal error,which can improve the signal quality and improve the measurement accuracy of the sensor.
