双组探头螺纹中径直接测量仪的设计与分析

摘要：基于螺纹中径的定义提出一种全新的直接测量螺纹中径的方法。相对于传统测量方法，该方法具有测量范围大、操作简单、效率高、读数直观、成本低等优点，可用于学校、工厂的教学演示和常规测量，具有较高的应用适应性。

Design of Direct Measuring Instrument with Two Sets of Probe for
Thread Pitch Diameter

Abstract:Based on the definition of the thread pitch diameter，a new method for directly measuring the pitch diameter is proposed.Compared with the traditional measuring methods，the new method features large measuring range，easy operation，high efficiency，visual readout and low cost.The instrument using this method can be applied to teaching demonstrations in school and factory and routine measurement.
