金属切削毛刺形成与控制技术研究及发展

摘要：通过对毛刺的形成机理和毛刺去除工艺两个方面的介绍和分析，表明应加强毛刺去除技术的研究，提出了以加强重视程度，加大扶持力度；以主动去毛刺为主，强化对毛刺形成机理的研究；加强学科渗透，研制有效抑制毛刺生成的新技术；逐步开展精密与超精密加工中毛刺的形成研究；开发适合分析毛刺的有限元软件的对策和建议。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the formation mechanism of the burr and the removal process of the burr，the research on the technology of burr removal should be strengthened.The strategies，strengthen the importance and increase support，give priority to with active deburring，strengthen the burr formation mechanism research，strengthen the discipline penetration，effectively restrain burrs generated by the new technology，gradually develop the formation of burr in precision and ultraprecision processing research and development is suitable for the finite element software analysis burr are put forward.
