基于灵敏度分析的立式加工中心工作台结构参数多目标优化研究

摘要:加工中心的动力稳定性与其组成部件的尺寸结构联系紧密,合理的尺寸结构能获得优良的抗振性能。采用整机实验模态测试法辨识出加工中心工作台为机床的主要薄弱环节,在此基础上采用UG和Workbench软件对工作台不同T型槽尺寸参数进行静力学和模态分析,并结合灵敏度分析确定灵敏参数,最终以灵敏参数为设计变量,以工作台前三阶固有频率的加权平均值、质量和刚度为优化目标,建立工作台多目标函数优化模型,利用MATLAB得到最优解。优化后,工作台X、Y、Z三个方向的刚度分别提高了6.71%、11.49%、10.33%,前三阶固有频率分别提高了0.95%、0.21%、0.35%,质量下降了0.33%。

Research on Multiobjective Optimization of Structure Parameters of
Vertical Machining Center Worktable Based on Sensitivity Analysis

Abstract:The dynamic stability of a machining center is closely related to the dimensional structure of its component parts.The reasonable size structure can obtain excellent antivibration performance.In this paper,the worktable is the main weakness of the machine tool,which is identified by machine center experimental modal testing.On this basis,UG and Workbench software are used to get on static analysis and modal analysis for the size parameters of different Tslot,and the sensitivity analysis is used to determine the sensitive parameters.Finally,the sensitive parameters are taken as the design variables.The weighted average of the former three natural frequency of the worktable,mass and stiffness as the objective optimization.The optimization model of the worktable is established.The model is solved by MATLAB.Through the optimization,the stiffness of the worktable in X,Y and Z directions are increased by 6.71%,11.49% and 10.33%.The former three natural frequencies are increased by 0.95%,0.21% and 0.35%,and the mass is decreased by 0.33%.
