WC-TaC-Csf刀具材料与201不锈钢球的干摩擦磨损性能研究

摘要:试验研究了WC-TaC-Csf刀具材料与201不锈钢的摩擦磨损性能,结果表明:摩擦系数不仅随滑移速度的增加而减小,而且随载荷的增加而减小;刀具材料的磨损率随滑移速度和载荷的增大而不断增大,其最大磨损率为8.1×10-6 mm3/(m·N);在接触面所发生的复合涂层的形成和破损对材料的磨损机理具有重要的影响,刀具材料的磨损机理为粘着磨损和磨粒磨损。

Tribological Properties of WCTaCCsf Tool Materials Sliding Against 201 Stainless Steel under Dry Sliding Condition

Abstract:Microstructure and tribological properties of WCTaCCsf composites sliding against 201 stainless steel are investigated.The friction coefficient not only decreased with increasing the sliding speed but also decreased with increasing the applied load.The formation and fracture of the composite coating play an important role in the contact surface,which led to the formation of the wear mechanism of adhesive wear and abrasive wear.The specific wear rate of WC-TaC-Csf composites increased with increasing normal load and sliding speed,respectively.Under the drysliding condition,the max specific wear rate of WC-TaC-Csf composites is 8.1×10-6mm3/(m·N).
