不同涂层刀具车削医用316L不锈钢性能研究

摘要:316L医用不锈钢具有在生物体内能保持良好的抗腐蚀性、高的生物相容性、没有或者在符合标准下低的离子析出等优点。本文分析了采用不同的切削参数(切削速度VC、每转进给量f以及切削深度ap)时涂层刀具车削316L不锈钢的切削力和工件表面粗糙度;研究了不同涂层刀具(KC5025、KCM25、KCU10、KC9125)车削316L不锈钢时的刀具寿命以及利用MATLAB拟合刀具的寿命曲线,实现快速及准确预测相应的刀具寿命;通过正交试验研究了不同切削参数以及刀具材质对切削力与工件表面粗糙度的影响程度,获得了适宜316L不锈钢车削的涂层刀具及其切削参数。

Study on 316L Stainless Steel Machining Properties with Different Coating Tools

Abstract:The 316L stainless steel has good resistance to corrosion and high biocompatibility in the living body.Meanwhile,there is no or less ion release conforming the standard.In this paper,the influence of different cutting parameters (cutting speed VC,feed per revolution f and cutting depth ap) on the cutting force and surface roughness of 316L stainless steel turning is investigated.The significant level of different cutting parameters and coating tools on the cutting force and surface roughness areanalyzed.The life of different coating tools(KC5025,KCM25,KCU10,KC9125) in the process of turning 316L stainless steel are measured.The curve of tool wear is fit by MATLAB in order to predict the tool life quickly and accurately.The suitable coating tools and processing parameters for 316L stainless steel turning are obtained.
