高速钢丝锥刃口钝化工艺研究

摘要:为研究W6高速钢丝锥经回转类刀具钝化设备TYESM-15电解刃口钝化处理时,不同的通电荷量处理丝锥得到对应的刃口钝圆半径后切削H13模具钢过程中,钝化后M8丝锥寿命的变化情况,先采用不同的通电荷量对丝锥分别进行电解钝化的刃口处理方式,使之得到对应的钝圆半径,而后用未钝化和钝化丝锥分别对H13模具钢进行攻丝试验,并通过逐点停车的方式来测量丝锥主要切削齿的后刀面磨损值,绘制不同电解参数下丝锥的磨损曲线图,分析不同钝圆半径对丝锥寿命的影响。结果表明:经TYESM-15钝化后的丝锥刃口均匀,刃口尺寸具有足够的可靠性;经电解参数中通电荷量75C处理过的丝锥寿命提高最为明显,约为未钝化丝锥的3倍。在一定电解参数范围内经刃口钝化处理的丝锥寿命普遍长于未钝化丝锥,在磨损期间降低了初期磨损速率,拉长了正常磨损阶段,且具有更高的加工稳定性和优良的切削性能,从而延长了丝锥寿命。

Study on Passivation Process of Highspeed steel Taps′ Cutting Edge

Abstract:For the study of W6 high speed steel tap by rotary cutter edge passivation equipment TYESM-15 electrolytic passivation after tapping steel H13,the change of life of M8 tap under the radius of blunt circle corresponding to different pass charges.Firstly,different pass charges are used to treat the taps respectively,then use the unpassivation taps and passivation taps to tapping the H13 steel,the tool flank wear value of the main cutting tooth of the tap is measured by stopping point by point,drawing the curve of tap wear under different electrolytic parameters,the influence of different radius of blunt circle on the life of taps is analyzed.The results show that the taps are uniform after TYESM-15 passivation,and the blade size is reliable enough;the lifetime of taps treated by the electrolytic parameter 75C is the most obvious,which is about 3 times of that of the unpassivated tap.Tap life to a certain range of parameters by electrolytic edge passivation generally longer than non passivated taps,in reducing the initial wear during the wear rate,prolong the normal wear stage,and has higher processing stability and excellent cutting performance,thus lengthening the life cycle of the tap.
