基于304不锈钢内冷式高压冷却车刀的优化分析

摘要:针对304不锈钢难切削的加工特点,对车刀进行了优化和仿真分析。优化后的车刀结构使高压冷却润滑液通过刀体从前刀面上的小孔喷出,从而能够冷却车刀刀尖区域、润滑前刀面、冲断冗长切屑、消除切屑堆堵、改善切削状况。COMSOL Multiphysics软件仿真结果表明,优化后的车刀在满足应力强度要求的前提下切削区最高温度大幅降低,显著提高了刀具耐用度,同时工件加工精度和已加工表面质量也得到了提升。

Optimization Analysis of Internally Cooled Highpressure
Cooling Tool Based on 304 Stainless Steel

Abstract:
Based on the difficulttomachine feature of the 304 stainless steel,conducting a optimization and a simulated analysis of turning tool in this paper.The optimized structure of turning tool makes the high pressure cooling lubricant pass through the tool body and eject from a small hole on the rake face,which can cool the tip area of turning tool,lubricate the rake face,thrust the interminable chip,eliminate the chip stacking,improve the cutting condition.The simulation result of COMSOL Multiphysics indicates that the highest temperature in cutting zone of the optimized turning tool is greatly reduced under the condition of satisfying the stress and strength requirement.The optimized turning tool increases the tool durability observably,meanwhile,the machined accuracy and machined surface quality are also improved.
