钛合金细长轴有限元仿真及补偿技术

摘要::针对航空产品钛合金细长轴加工精度达不到工艺要求的难点,提出对钛合金细长轴进行有限元仿真,通过建立细长轴有限元模型,求解出不同节点处的位移值,根据各节点位移值拟合误差补偿曲线,由误差补偿曲线推导出细长轴误差补偿公式并设计数控插补算法对细长轴进行补偿,最后采用该方法在数控机床上进行验证。结果表明:该方法能提高细长轴加工的误差并降低细长轴加工报废率。

Finite Element Simulation and Compensation Technology of Titanium Alloy Slender Shaft

Abstract:Aiming at the difficulty of processing the precision of titanium alloy slender shaft in aeronautic products,the paper presents the finite element simulation of slender shaft of titanium alloy.Through the establishment of slender shaft finite element model,the displacement values at different nodes are solved,the error compensation curve is fitted according to the displacement of each node,the compensation formula of slender shaft is derived from the error compensation curve,and the numerical control interpolation algorithm is designed to compensate the slender shaft.Finally,a experiments on CNC machine tools is taken.The experimental results show that this method can improve the error of slender shaft machining and reduce the scrap rate of slender shaft machining.
