基于内锥面刃磨法的麻花钻参数化设计

摘要:由于麻花钻的建模过程繁琐,研究效率低且研究周期长。本文基于内锥面刃磨法,利用UG/OPEN GRIP对麻花钻的实体建模过程进行程序化设计,利用宏设计人机交互菜单,实现了麻花钻的参数化和交互性设计,提高了麻花钻三维实体建模的效率,为后续麻花钻的设计研究工作提供了支持并带来便利。

Parametric Design of Twist Drill Based on Inner Cone Grinding Method

Abstract:In case of the cumbersome process of modeling twist drills often leads to a reduction in research efficiency and an extension of the research cycle.In this paper,based on the inner cone grinding method,the UG/OPEN GRIP is used to design the solid modeling process of the twist drills.The manmachine interaction menu is designed by using the macro.The parametric and interactive design of the twist drill has been realized,and the efficiency of the threedimensional solid modeling of the twist drills is improved.This study can provide support and bring convenience for the subsequent design and study on twist drills.
