基于内锥面刃磨法的麻花钻参数化设计

摘要:由于麻花钻的建模过程繁琐,研究效率低且研究周期长。本文基于内锥面刃磨法,利用UG/OPEN GRIP对麻花钻的实体建模过程进行程序化设计,利用宏设计人机交互菜单,实现了麻花钻的参数化和交互性设计,提高了麻花钻三维实体建模的效率,为后续麻花钻的设计研究工作提供了支持并带来便利。

Parametric Design of Twist Drill Based on Inner Cone Grinding Method

Abstract:In case of the cumbersome process of modeling twist drills often leads to a reduction in research efficiency and an extension of the research cycle.In this paper,based on the inner cone grinding method,the UG/OPEN GRIP is used to design the solid modeling process of the twist drills.The manmachine interaction menu is designed by using the macro.The parametric and interactive design of the twist drill has been realized,and the efficiency of the threedimensional solid modeling of the twist drills is improved.This study can provide support and bring convenience for the subsequent design and study on twist drills.
