涂层边缘倒角加工方法及专用刀具

摘要：随着涂料技术的广泛应用，涂层边缘倒角的加工技术已成为该项技术应用的瓶颈。本文介绍了具有自主知识产权的涂料边缘加工技术(ZL201310236787.7)，包括涂料边缘倒角的加工方法及其专用加工工具。该项技术提高了涂料边缘倒角加工的效率和质量，避免了飞机蒙皮表面损伤，对提高飞机外表面气动容差具有重要意义。

Abstract:With the wide application of coating materials，the choke point present to chamfering in the border of a coating layer.This article mainly introduced the patent technology of chamfering in the border of a coating layer(ZL201310236787.7)，including method and special tool for chamfering in the border of a coating layer.With the technology，the efficiency and quality of chamfering in the border of a coating layer is improved，protecting the plane skin from scratching，benefiting the aerodynamic performance of plane.
