SiCp/Al复合材料薄壁件钻削加工变形有限元仿真研究

摘要:基于ABAQUS有限元仿真软件建立体积分数为56%的SiCp/Al复合材料钻削三维模型,研究分析了在两种不同工件约束方式下钻削加工薄壁件过程中工件的变形规律及特点,同时研究了切削参数对薄壁钻孔时工件变形量的影响规律。结果表明:随着钻削速度和进给量的增加,钻孔中心位置处(钻头横刃钻削至工件下表面)的最大变形量随之增加,进给量对钻孔件中心位置处最大变形量的影响较为显著;薄壁件残余变形量随着进给量的增大而增加,钻削速度对薄壁件残余变形量的影响较小。

Finite Element Simulation Study on Drilling Deformation of SiCp/Al Composites Thinwalled Workpiece

Abstract:Based on ABAQUS finite element simulation software,a threedimensional drilling model of 56% SiCp/Al composites is established.The deformation rules and characteristics of the thinwalled workpiece are studied during the process of drilling under two different workpiece constrains.At the same time,the effect of cutting parameters on the deformation of thinwalled workpiece are studied.The conclusions indicate that the maximum deformation at the center of the drill hole (the chisel edge reaches the lower surface of the workpiece) increases with the increase of drilling speed and feed rate,the influence of feed rate to the maximum deformation at the center of the drill hole is most obvious;the residual deformation of thinwalled workpiece increases with the increase of feed rate,the drilling speed has little effect on the residual deformation of thinwalled workpiece.
