摘要：介绍了锥柄轧制麻花钻的制造过程，通过分析锥柄轧制麻花钻的芯厚对称度合格率问题，提出了通过重视生产过程中的工艺细节来提高锥柄轧制麻花钻的芯厚对称度合格率，以提高其切削寿命和孔加工质量。

Abstract:The manufacturing process of the taper shank twist drill is introduced，and the qualified rate of the web symmetry of the taper shank twist drill is studied.The attention to technological details in the manufacturing process is put forward to improve the qualified rate of the web symmetry，therefore enhancing the tool life and hole-making quality.
