表面织构激光加工技术研究现状分析

摘要:工件表面的织构具有显著的减摩、降磨和较好的润滑效果。综述分析了表面织构加工所用的激光器种类、表面织构的材料去除机理、表面形貌及其分布特点、应用领域及减摩降磨机理,并指出了今后的研究方向。

Development Situation of Surface Micro Texture with Laser Processing

Abstract:The existence of the surface texture in the workpiece has a significant effect on friction and wear reduction and a nice effect on lubrication improvement.The types of laser used in surface texture processing,the mechanism of material removal,the texture morphology and distribution characteristics,the industry application and the mechanism of friction and wear reduction are reviewed.The future research direction is also pointed out.
