环氧玻纤布覆铜箔层压板孔位精度影响规律研究

摘要:微孔孔位精度直接影响印制电路板(简称PCB)内、外层线路间电气连接和元器件装配定位的稳定性和可靠性,提高微孔孔位精度有利于提高PCB产品性能和终端电子产品的可靠性和使用寿命。本文研究了环氧树脂/玻纤布基覆铜箔层压板(简称覆铜板)微孔钻削过程中刀具直径、进给速度、主轴转速以及加工材料叠板数对孔位精度的影响规律,结果表明:刀具直径(范围0.15-0.35mm)对孔位精度的影响规律不成正比,刀具直径0.25mm时孔位精度最好,而刀具直径小于或大于0.25mm时,孔位精度都随之减小,且刀具直径越小,孔位精度稳定性越差;刀具直径不同,进给速度和转速对孔位精度的影响规律也不同;随着叠板数增加,钻孔总厚径比增大,孔位精度随之减小,上层叠板的孔位精度比下层叠板材的孔位精度好;随着刀具直径的增大,当增加叠板数来提高钻孔效率时,孔位精度也随之减小。

Research on Influence Factor of PCB Microhole Position Accuracy

Abstract:As an important index of microhole quality,the hole position accuracy directly affects the electrical connection and the position of the components assembly in the inner and outer layers of the PCB.Improving the hole position accuracy is beneficial to improve the performance of PCB products and the production efficiency of PCB manufacturing enterprises.In this paper,the influence of tool diameter,feed rate,spindle speed and the number of laminated plates on the hole position accuracy in the process of epoxy resin glass fiber cloth copper clad laminate drilling are studied.The results show that the influence of tool diameter (0.15-0.35mm) on the hole position accuracy is not proportional.With the increase of tool diameter,the hole position accuracy increased at the first time and then decreased.The hole position accuracy reached the maximum value when using 0.25mm diameter microdrills.The stability of the hole position accuracy is decreased with the diameter of microdrills.The influence of spindle speed and feed rate on the hole position accuracy is depended on the tool diameter.As the number of laminated layers increased,the hole position accuracy and precision of holes is reduced.The position accuracy of upper plate is larger than the lower plate.Increasing the numbers of laminated layers to improve production efficiency will decrease the hole position accuracy.
