基于制孔质量的CFRP/Al叠层钻扩工艺余量的分配

摘要:碳纤维/聚合物基复合材料(即碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料CFRP)是目前被广泛应用的新型材料。该材料具有各向异性的特点,在加工过程中常常出现纤维拔出、内部脱粘和分层等现象,降低加工质量和疲劳强度。本文从CFRP/Al叠层材料钻削的制孔质量出发,提出CFRP 分层临界轴向力与Al出口极限毛刺高度的评判标准,并对CFRP/Al叠层钻扩铰工艺中的余量进行分配与优化。

Allowance Distribution of CFRP/Al Stacks Drillings Based on Hole Quality

Abstract:Carbon fiber/polymer composites,namely carbon fiber reinforced plasticmatrix composites(CFRPs),are widely used new materials.The anisotropy of the carbon fiber reinforced composite material often leads to fiber pullout,internal debonding and delamination during the processing of the composite material,which results in the decrease of the processing quality and the fatigue strength of the composite material.In this paper,based on the hole quality of CFRP/Al laminates,the evaluation criteria of CFRP delamination critical thrust force and aluminum exit limited burr height are proposed to allocate and optimize the margin in the CFRP/Al stacks drillhinge process.
