聚晶金刚石刀具的制造及应用

摘要：以PCD刀具为研究对象，对刀具的概况、设计、制造、应用及现状进行了探讨，PCD刀具应用领域不断扩展，相关研究不断深入，产业链日趋成熟，给刀具的发展带来了机遇，但刀具寿命、生产效率、产品质量还有待提高，电动汽车的发展也给行业带来了前所未有的挑战。最后对行业的发展进行了展望。

Manufacture and Application of PCD Tool

Abstract:This article based on PCD tools as the research object，discussed about general situation，design，manufacture，application and current situation of cutters.The application field of PCD tools is expanding continuously，the relevant research is deepening increasingly and the industrial chain is becoming more and more mature，which brings opportunity to the development of tools.But PCD tools’ lives，production efficiency and product quality stillneed to be improved，as well as thedevelopment of electric vehicles also brought unprecedented challenges.Finally，we prospect of the development of PCD tool industry.
