JC本构模型对7050铝合金二维切削仿真影响的研究

摘要:为了探究JC本构模型参数对切削仿真的影响规律,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立7050-T7451铝合金的二维直角切削模型,并采用控制变量法及正交试验法研究了JC本构模型参数对主切削力的影响。结果表明:随着应变硬化指数n的增大,主切削力先下降后增大,而随着其他几个参数(A、B、m、C)的增大,主切削力则呈增大趋势;5个材料参数中热敏感性m对主切削力的影响最显著,而应变硬化指数n对主切削力的影响最小。该结果可为材料的本构模型和切削力研究提供具有一定指导意义的理论参考。

Effect of JC Constitutive Model on Twodimensional Cutting Simulation 
of 7050 Aluminum Alloy

Abstract:In order to explore the influence of JC constitutive model parameters on cutting simulation,the twodimensional rightangle cutting model of 7050T7451 aluminum alloy is established by the finite element software ABAQUS.The influence of the parameters on the main cutting force is studied by the control variable method and the orthogonal test method.The results show that with the increase of strain hardening index n,the main cutting force decreases first and then increases,while with the increase of several other parameters (A,B,m,C),the main cutting force gradually increases.The effect of m in 5 material parameters has the greatest influence on the main cutting force,while the n has the least influence on the main cutting force.The results provide a theoretical and guiding reference for the research on the constitutive model and the cutting force.
