基于一种曲线逼近加工策略的数控机床自动编程系统研究

摘要:针对产品的非圆曲线轮廓加工,提出一种曲线逼近搜索算法,可使非圆曲线转化成大量最佳逼近点构成的直线。开发了数控机床自动编程系统,集成了曲线逼近加工策略,生成的NC代码可应用于多系统数控机床,提高了复杂产品的加工效率和精度。

Abstract:A noncircular curve approximation search algorithm is proposed for processing of the products,which can transform the noncircular curve into a large number of best approximating points.An automatic NC programming system has been developed,which integrates the noncircular curve approximation machining strategy.The NC code can be used in multisystem CNC machine tools,and can improve the efficiency and accuracy of complex products processing.
