熔融沉积成型聚醚醚酮热流模拟及喷头设计

摘要:聚醚醚酮(PEEK)具有较高的熔点和熔融黏度,使其在熔融沉积成型时对喷头结构有特殊要求。针对典型熔融沉积成型喷头结构,基于Fluent建立了流固两相耦合的热流模型,基于UDF函数编写PEEK材料黏度模型的子程序,对喷头喉管内熔体的温度场、流动场以及压力场进行数值模拟分析,提出了喷头结构的优化方案并通过实例验证。

in FDM Print Head

Abstract:Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) has high melting temperature and high viscosity,so it has special requirements for print head structure in fused deposition modeling(FDM).In this experiment,fluidsolid two phase coupled model is established based on Fluent for typical print head structure of FDM.PEEK viscosity model is compiled based on UDF function and then the temperature field, flow field and pressure field of fused PEEK in flow channel are numerically simulated.Further, the print head structure is optimized and verified by examples.
