薄壁回转体零件五轴3D打印加工工艺研究

摘要:对于传统三轴3D打印机,材料只能在一个方向上层层累积,在打印悬浮结构零件时需要打印多余的支撑结构。而五轴3D打印平台可随时调整打印平面的方位,使打印结构的倾斜角度始终小于其临界支撑角,可避免添加支撑结构。通过对五轴3D打印加工工艺的研究,提出了薄壁回转体类零件的五轴3D打印加工指令的生成方法,并进行了实际设计与打印,结果表明本文提出的五轴3D打印方案有效可行。

Research on Fiveaxis 3D Printing Process of Thinwalled Rotational Part

Abstract:The current 3D printer is based on the XYZ triaxial motion system,which enables the material to accumulate only in one direction and needs redundant support structures to be printed when parts with suspension structure are made.The fiveaxis 3D printing platform can adjust the azimuth of the print plane at any time,so the tilt angle of the printing structure can be always smaller than the critical support angle,which avoids the addition of the supporting structure.Through investigation into fiveaxis 3D printing process,a method of generating fiveaxis 3D printing instructions for the thinwalled rotational parts is presented and tested.The results show that feasibility of the method presented is verified.
