航空接头零件高效加工编程策略的实施与运用

摘要:在实际生产中,航空接头类零件由于结构复杂且有高精度配合尺寸,常常导致工艺路线长,加工效率低。本文以接头零件为例,从工字型工装的设计、刀具的选用、高效率粗加工程序的编制等角度阐述了零件的工艺改进过程。详细论述了常规CAM(UG为例)摆线策略的优势与不足,进而引出Hypermill高性能铣削程序的编制,并通过试切验证了HyperMill高性能铣削较UG摆线更优化和更高效。由于粗加工程序的切削平稳性得到质的提升,再结合的“大切深、小切宽”加工策略,充分利用刀具切削能力,给加工效率带来了颠覆性的改变。该项目实施中体现出的高效加工方法和思路具有通用性,最终推广到中小结构铝件的加工中,为企业带来显著的经济效益。

Implementation and Application of Aviation Joint Parts′ High
Efficient Machining′s Programming Strategy

Abstract:In the practical production,the aviation joint parts usually have complicated structure and high precision fit dimension,which causes the long craft route length,low machining efficiency.In this paper,take joint parts as an example,from the perspective of the Itype tooling′s design,cutting tool′s selection and use,and the high efficient rough machining procedure′s programming and so on are introduced the craft improving progress of the parts.Among which,firstly discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the conventional CAM′s cycloid strategy (UG as an example) in detail,then a highperformance milling procedure by HyperMill is proposed,and through trail cut verified HyperMill highperformance milling′s more optimization and higher efficiency than UG cycloid.Due to the cutting stability of rough machining procedure has qualitative improvement,coupled with the programming strategy of “big cutting depth,small slice width”,and make full use of the tool cutting ability,which brought disruptive changes for the machining efficiency.The efficient machining methods and ideas come from the progress of project′s implementation have universality,it is finally promoted to the machining of the small and medium sized aluminum parts,which brings significant economic benefits to the enterprise.
