磁场辅助协同超声脉冲电化学复合光整加工研究

摘要:本文在超声脉冲电化学光整加工的基础上,提出磁场辅助协同超声脉冲电化学复合光整加工技术。首先,探讨磁场辅助协同超声脉冲电化学光整加工机理,研究表明,磁场促进超声脉冲电化学加工,降低了脉冲电化学反应过程中的浓差极化,提高了脉冲电化学反应的速率,促使带电离子的运动复杂化,同时磁场能够聚焦带电离子,促进带电离子向前运动,提高电化学反应的效率和均匀性。然后,进行超声研磨加工、超声脉冲电化学加工和磁场辅助协同超声脉冲电化学加工钢实验,实验结果表明,磁场辅助协同超声脉冲电化学复合加工的速度大于超声脉冲电化学加工和超声研磨加工速度,磁场促进了工具—工件电极间的电化学反应速度,提高了光整加工效率;磁场促进了电化学反应的均匀性,提高了光整加工质量。

Study on Magnetic Field Assisted Pulse Electrochemical Compound Machining

Abstract:This paper puts forward magnetic field assisted ultrasound pulse electrochemical composite machining technology based on pulse ultrasound electrochemical machining.First,the mechanism of magnetic field assisted ultrasonic pulse electrochemical machining(MUPECM) is investigated.The magnetic field promotes the ultrasonic pulse electrochemical machining(UPECM),reduces the concentration polarization in the process of electrochemical reaction,increases the pulse electrochemical reaction rate,and makes the charged ions move.The magnetic field can focus charged ions,promote the charged ions to move forward,and improve the electrochemical reaction efficiency and uniformity.The experiments of ultrasonic grinding machining,ultrasonic pulse electrochemical machining and magnetic field assisted ultrasonic pulse electrochemical machining are carried.The experimental results show that the speed of MUPECM is greater than the speed of UPECM and ultrasonic machining.The magnetic field promotes electrochemical reaction rate,improving the efficiency of machining.The magnetic field can promote the uniformity of electrochemical reaction,improving the quality of machining.
