圆形薄壁螺母批量加工专用夹具的设计

摘要：圆形薄壁螺母是某公司研制的压力表及其他产品的关键基础件之一，通常采用车床加工方法。在该传统加工方法的基础上，设计了专用夹具及其使用方法。在保障产品质量的同时，由普通车床改用数控机床，由丝锥改用螺纹刀片，同时使用专用夹具，可降低劳动强度，缩短生产周期，降低生产成本和提高生产效率。

Design of Circular Thinwalled Nuts for Bulk Processing

Abstract:The circular thinwalled nut is one of the key parts of the pressure gauge and other series of products developed by a company，the machining of round thinwalled nut is usually made by lathing method.On the basis of the traditional machining method，the use method of special fixture and special fixture is designed.While guaranteeing the quality of the product，by replacing ordinary lathe to CNC machine tools，changing tap to threading insert and using special clamp，the production efficiency are improved，the production period is shorten，the labour intensity and processing cost are reduced.
