基于激光位移传感器的蜗轮误差自动检测方法

摘要:针对蜗轮接触式测量方法存在运动轨迹复杂、横向分辨率低的问题,设计了一种基于激光位移传感器的非接触式蜗轮测量装置。借助最小二乘法将被测蜗轮给定端截面上的齿廓采样点拟合出一段平滑曲线,并在该曲线与分度圆的交点位置建立理想齿廓,利用坐标法计算出实际齿廓数据与理想值的偏差,可得到蜗轮的齿形误差和齿距误差。该方法可有效提升蜗轮测量的精度与效率,实现与渐开线蜗杆(ZI)、法向直廓蜗杆(ZN)、阿基米德蜗杆(ZA)配对蜗轮的精密检测。

Automatic Measurement of Worm Gear Based on Laser Displacement Sensor

Abstract:Due to the problems of complicated measuring track and low lateral resolution in the contact measurement of the worm gear,a new noncontact measuring device based on laser displacement sensor is designed.By comparing the sample profile fitted from the sampling points on a specified section with least square method,with the theoretical profile erected at the intersection of the fitted curve and the pitch circle,the tooth profile and the pitch errors can be calculated.This method can improve the measurement accuracy and the efficiency effectively and is applicable to precisely measure worm gears matched with ZI,ZN and ZA cylindrical worms.
