基于一维测头与标准球的数控机床几何误差机载测量系统的研究

摘要:借鉴多维测头的测量原理,提出基于一维测头与标准球的数控机床几何误差机载测量系统。结合机载测头的测量方法,通过一维测头测量标准球5个测点。由于球心三维偏差引起的Z方向偏移,构建了基于五点测量法的球心三维偏差辨识模型。在自行搭建的测量平台上,通过对比预设的球心偏差与一维测头的实际测量值,以验证基于一维测头与标准球测量系统的正确性和有效性。

Tool Based on Onedimensional Probe and Standard Ball

Abstract:Drawing from the measurement principle of multidimensional probe,an onmachine CNC machine tool geometric error measurement system based on onedimensional probe and standard ball are purposed.Meanwhile,combined with onmachine probe measurement methods,an identification model of the threedimensional spherical center deviation are built by measuring the deviation of five points,which is caused by the threedimensional deviation of the spherical center in z direction on the standard ball by a onedimensional probe.Finally,on the measurement platform,the correctness and validity of the measurement system based on the onedimensional probe and the standard ball are verified by comparing with the preset spherical center deviation and the actual deviation from onedimensional probe.
