基于一维测头与标准球的数控机床几何误差机载测量系统的研究

摘要:借鉴多维测头的测量原理,提出基于一维测头与标准球的数控机床几何误差机载测量系统。结合机载测头的测量方法,通过一维测头测量标准球5个测点。由于球心三维偏差引起的Z方向偏移,构建了基于五点测量法的球心三维偏差辨识模型。在自行搭建的测量平台上,通过对比预设的球心偏差与一维测头的实际测量值,以验证基于一维测头与标准球测量系统的正确性和有效性。

Study on Onmachine Geometric Error Measurement System of CNC Machine 
Tool Based on Onedimensional Probe and Standard Ball

Abstract:Drawing from the measurement principle of multidimensional probe,an onmachine CNC machine tool geometric error measurement system based on onedimensional probe and standard ball are purposed.Meanwhile,combined with onmachine probe measurement methods,an identification model of the threedimensional spherical center deviation are built by measuring the deviation of five points,which is caused by the threedimensional deviation of the spherical center in z direction on the standard ball by a onedimensional probe.Finally,on the measurement platform,the correctness and validity of the measurement system based on the onedimensional probe and the standard ball are verified by comparing with the preset spherical center deviation and the actual deviation from onedimensional probe.
