铝合金2024-T3超精密车削仿真与切屑观察

摘要:铝合金具有易加工、质量轻、反射性良好等特点,是反射镜制造的常用材料。铝合金经过单点金刚石超精密车削后得到表面粗糙度为纳米级的镜面零件。为深入研究超精密车削机理,提高超精密车削铝合金零件的质量,本文选用AdvantEdge对铝合金2024T3的超精密车削过程进行模拟仿真,对超精密车削的切削力、尺寸效应进行分析。使用超精密车床,采用天然单晶金刚石刀具对铝合金2024T3进行微米及亚微米的超精密车削,并使用扫描电镜(SEM)对样件的切屑进行观察。

Simulation of UltraPrecision Turning of Aluminum Alloy 2024T3 and Observation on Chip

Abstract:Aluminum alloy is commonly used in mirror manufacture,which has the characteristics of easy processing,light weight and good reflection.The mirror parts with nanoscale surface roughness will be obtained after the single point diamond ultra precision turning.For the further research on the mechanism and improving the quality of aluminum alloy parts,the simulation process of ultra precision turning of aluminum 2024T3 is done by using the software AdvantEdge.The cutting force and the size effect are analyzed.The ultra precision turning in micron and submicron level is carried out and the geometric morphology of chip is observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).
