基于温度场的熔融沉积成型过程质量监控

摘要:对熔融沉积成型打印过程中常见的喷头堵塞的故障类型进行研究,共设计了三种形状的产品,每组都通过改变喷嘴温度进行正常打印和非正常打印两组实验。在分析非正常打印的五种状态的基础上,采用基于定性趋势分析方法的过程质量监控技术,利用红外热像仪获取产品每一层的温度图形并提取特征值的变化值和变化率,然后分析不同温度特征值与打印状态转变的关系。实验结果表明:通过定性趋势分析方法能够准确提取不同打印状态之间的分段点,且提取的变化值和变化率的趋势相同;在实际打印过程中可以通过特征值的监测来判断产品质量,提高产品表面精度。

Abstract:In this paper,the common types of nozzle clogging in the process of fused deposition modeling (FDM) are studied,a total of three shapes of products are designed,and two groups of experiments are designed by changing the nozzle temperature in the shape of each group.On the basis of analyzing the five stages of abnormal printing,a process quality monitoring technique based on qualitative trend analysis is presented.By using the infrared thermal imager to obtain the temperature pattern of each layer of the product and extract the change value and the change rate of the eigenvalue,the relationship between the different temperature characteristics and the printing state are analyzed.The experimental results show that the segmentation points between different printing states can be extracted accurately by qualitative trend analysis method,and the trend of the change value and the change rate is the same.Therefore,the quality of the product can be judged by the monitoring of the eigenvalues in the actual printing process,and the accuracy of product surface can be improved.
