新型冷锯锯片铣刀与传统锯片铣刀参数对比与性能分析

摘要:对比W18Cr4V高速钢、YT5硬质合金热锯和新型Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷冷锯锯片铣刀的材料、几何形态和工艺参数,以阐明冷锯和热锯的异同,新型冷锯优良切削性能之理论依据。分析表明,新型冷锯锯片铣刀具有较低转速、较大进给、常温切削以及较高的锯切去除率,表现出优异的切削性能。

Parameter Comparison and Performance Analysis between New Cold Saw Blade Milling Cutter and Traditional Saw Blade Milling Cutter

Abstract:The material,geometry and process parameters of W18Cr4V high speed steel,YT5 carbide hot saw and new Ti (C,N) cermet cold saw,blade saw are compared to clarify the similarities and differences between cold saw and hot saw,and the reason of the new cold saw’s excellent cutting performance.Comparative analysis shows that the new cold saw blade saw has excellent cutting performance at lower rotational speed,larger feed rate,normal atmospheric temperature cutting and higher sawing removal rate.
