面齿轮插齿仿真加工及分析

摘要:采用对面齿轮不同位置取断面的方法分析了面齿轮齿形的变化情况,提出了一种插齿仿真加工后提取齿面的新型建模方法。基于齿面生成原理推导出面齿轮齿面方程,确定了面齿轮和刀具的具体参数,并根据齿轮插齿加工原理建立面齿轮毛坯和刀具之间的运动模型,借助SIEMENS NX软件完成面齿轮插齿仿真加工。采用提取齿面的新型建模方法完成面齿轮的精确建模,验证了插齿仿真加工的正确性和提取齿面建模方法的可行性。

Simulation and Analysis of Face Gear Shaping Process

Abstract:The tooth surfaces of a face gear are too complex to accurately describe with the traditional analytic method.
The tooth profile change of the face gear is analyzed with the cross section method, and a new modeling method of tooth surface extraction after gear shaping simulation is proposed.Based on the tooth surface generation principle,the tooth surface equation is deduced and the specific parameters of the face gear and the cutting tool are determined.Based on the gear shaping principle,the motion model for the surface gear blank and the cutting tool is established,and the simulation of face gear shaping is carried out with SIEMENS NX software.The accurate model of the face gear is established with new modeling method.As a result,the correctness of the tooth shaping simulation and the feasibility of the tooth surface extracting modeling is verified.
