基于成型槽技术的不锈钢整体硬质合金立铣刀开发

摘要:不锈钢因其优良的综合性能在智能手机上得到了广泛应用,随着对更高金属去除率的追求,标准铣刀难以满足加工需要。本文针对大余量、大切深的切削工况,基于成型槽设计方法建立了成型槽的数学表达式,进行了切削仿真和切削试验验证,证明成型槽设计方法可行,刀具性能优异。

Development of Stainless Steel Solid Carbide End Mills Based on Profiled Groove Technology

Abstract:Stainless steel is widely used in smart phones because of its excellent comprehensive properties.With the pursuit of higher metal removal rate,standard end mills are difficult to meet the needs.According to the design condition of large groove and large depth of cut,profiled groove design method based on the mathematical expression of the molding groove is established,and the simulation are compared with those observed in actual cutting tests for verification.The design method of the profiled groove is feasible,and the performance of the cutting tool is excellent.
