内螺纹冷挤压丝锥失效试验研究

摘要:对内螺纹冷挤压过程进行试验,在线监测不同加工状况下的挤压扭矩、挤压温度、挤压丝锥振动和机床噪音,研究挤压扭矩和挤压温度对内螺纹冷挤压丝锥失效的影响,测试不同加工状况下挤压丝锥振动和机床噪音的总能量比和低高频能量比。结果表明:随着挤压扭矩的增大和挤压温度的升高,丝锥加工状况恶化。为保证内螺纹加工质量和丝锥使用寿命,挤压扭矩取值范围为210-248N·m,挤压温度取值范围为84℃-94℃。当挤压丝锥振动总能量比为100%-112%,挤压丝锥振动能量比为21.6%-22%,机床噪音总能量比为85%-100%,机床噪音能量比为7.6%-14.3%时,丝锥能够正常工作,内螺纹加工稳定可靠。

Study on Tap Failure Test of Internal Thread by Cold Extrusion

Abstract:The cold extrusion process of internal thread is tested.The extrusion torque,extrusion temperature,extrusion tap vibration and machine voice are monitored on line.The influence of extrusion torque and extrusion temperature on thetap failure of internal thread by cold extrusion is studied.The total energyratio and the energy ratio of tap vibration and machine voice under different processing conditions are tested.The research result shows that the working state of the tap is deteriorated with the increase of the extrusion torque and temperature.In order to ensure the quality of the internal thread and the service life of the tap,the range of the extrusion torque is 210-248N·m and the range of the extrusion temperature is 84℃-94℃.When the total energy ratio of the extrusion tap vibration is 100%-112%,the energy ratio of the extrusion tap vibration is 21.6%-22%,the total energy ratio of the machine voice is 85%-100%,the energy ratio of the machine voice is 7.6%-14.3%,the tap can work normally and the internal thread processing is stable and reliable.
